By downloading or using any Xenthum desktop tool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
Xenthum grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on your own Windows devices for personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application beyond what is permitted by applicable law
- Use the software to process files you do not have legal rights to modify
3. Local use and your files
Xenthum tools operate locally on your device. You are responsible for the files you process and for maintaining backups of your data. Xenthum is not liable for data loss caused by use of the software.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Xenthum makes no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xenthum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.
6. Updates
Xenthum may update the software from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the products evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the application or the Xenthum website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
